As companies look to realign IT to support their business goals, they often struggle with strategic and tactical questions such as:
  • What are our current IT assets, where are they located and what do they cost to support?
  • At what point is it less expensive to purchase a new system than to continue supporting the current one?
  • How can we benefit from Systems Consolidation?
  • What kind of cost savings can we expect from consolidation?
  • What type of return on investment should we expect from IT?
  • Could we benefit from outsourcing or leasing?
  • How can we reduce costs without sacrificing performance?
  • How can we align the cost of applications to the revenue streams they support?
